1 hour drive away from the beautiful highland city of Da Lat, there is a small farming village called Don Duong where the cheese factory of Pizza 4P's is located.
Every morning, we use freshly drawn milk from the cows grown in this rich natural environment and carefully make each cheese by hand. Our talented craftsman team consisting of 2 Japanese and 20 Vietnamese staffs is in charge of producing the best quality homemade artisan cheeses.

We established our cheese factory in Da Lat in 2011 - at the same time we opened our restaurant - to supply fresh mozzarella cheeses to our restaurant. In the beginning, we had to start everything from scratch, from finding a dairy farm to designing the product package. Today, we have more than 20 professional staffs and produce more than 400 cheeses everyday.

Currently, there are 2 Japanese cheese makers working at our factory. Mr. Konuki is the founder of the factory and is in charge of the overall production to quality management.

Mr. Kubota studied cheese making in France for 6 years and received a French national certificate in professional cheese making. After working at a cheese factory in Hokkaido, he joined Pizza 4P's and is currently engaged in our new product development.

Under their strict quality control, Pizza 4P's has been producing varieties of homemade cheeses such as Camembert, Mozzarella, Mimolette, and etc.

Best milk makes the best cheese

At Pizza 4P's cheese atelier, we use freshly drawn milk from carefully selected farms in Da Lat every morning. Also, we employ the low-temperature pasteurization and make all cheeses by hand to maintain its natural and fresh flavor of milk.

Once cheeses are produced, the fresh batches will be sent out in the evening of the same day and arrive at the restaurant next day. Unlike imported mozzarella that usually contains preservatives to keep its freshness, we use absolutely no additive and preservatives and produce 100% natural fresh cheese.

For further improvement of the milk quality, we have been working on building our own dairy farm in Da Lat.
