Cenci is an Italian – Japanase restaurant with culinary philosophies of using the best possible seasonal produce to create interesting European dishes that have a familiar Asian touch.
Ken Sakamoto – owner and chef of Cenci was born and raised in Kyoto. After finishing cooking training at Italian restaurants, he opened Cenci in December 2014 right at his hometown.
Cenci and Chef Sakamoto also share with Pizza 4P’s Farm to Table concept which aims to serve customer safe and fresh food. Most of the ingredients used at Cenci actually come from Kyoto, and the magic is in how these great ingredients are cooked in such a way that you can enjoy their taste to the fullest.
In this special dining for our 8th birthday anniversary, Pizza 4P’s together with Cenci will promote Farm to Table concept by using fresh Dalat vegetable, and our House-made cheese with traditional Kyoto cooking style. We hope to bring out the best in the local ingredients and provide customer with unique experience.
