THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P’s is a trailblazing F&B brand that originated in Vietnam and has grown to operate over 36 full-service restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan. Renowned for its handcrafted pizzas made from premium, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—including our own house-made cheese—4P’s is more than just a restaurant. Working hours: 6 days/week, 11am-8pm with over 5 hours at HCMC stores

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Curate and manage the wine list, ensuring a diverse and balanced selection
• Wine service: ensuring impeccable wine service and floor service to diners, especially in peak hours at stores (nights and weekends).
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings for guests
• Wine cellar: maintaining wine cellar and support managing inventory for all stores
• Conduct partner training sessions on wine knowledge and service etiquette
  during non-peak hours in the restaurants (daytime weekdays)
• Industry trends: Staying up to date on industry trends
• Maintain strong relationships with wine suppliers, distributors.
• Trade events: Attending trade events
• Deliver an exceptional wine service that aligns with the 4P’s standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol laws and regulations in Vietnam

WHO YOU ARE

• Have WSET Certificate ( Level 2 preferred)
• Have experience as a Sommelier in at least 2 years
• Able to work with the rotation shift
• Positive, Energetic, Enjoy working in F&B industry
• At least 18 years old
• Speak basic English
