Oneness Partner vol.32 — RISE & WIN Brewing Co.

Based in Kamikatsu, Tokushima – Japan’s first Zero-Waste Town – RISE & WIN Brewing Co. (@kamikatz_beer) is a brewery built on circular thinking. From brewing beer with discarded fruit peels to transforming spent malt into liquid fertilizer, everything they do centers on reuse, regeneration, and resourcefulness.

In collaboration with Pizza 4P’s, RISE & WIN created two original beers from ingredients destined for waste: a rich stout brewed with surplus whey and an IPA crafted from leftover pizza dough. What’s usually discarded becomes flavor. What’s overlooked becomes value.

This partnership is an experiment in circularity –  exploring how food, craft, and creativity can flow through communities, connecting people, producers, and the planet through beer.
