PIZZA 4P'S RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF ASIA'S BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN 2024

We’re deeply heartened to share some exciting news. Pizza 4P’s has been recognized as one of the “HR ASIA BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR 2024” in the Vietnam chapter. Organized by the prestigious HR Asia magazine, “HR Asia Best companies to Work for in Asia” is an annual award honoring firms with outstanding HR policies, attractive programs, cohesive and inclusive working environments.

HR Asia’s survey is based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M) which includes rigorous criteria such as: CORE (collective organization for real engagement) assesses culture, discipline, management capacity, leadership, and agile initiatives; SELF (Heart, Mind, Soul) assesses the level of cohesion, pride, and emotion at work and finally, GROUP (Think, Feel, Do) measures the level of cooperation between members within the business. To win the award, businesses need to demonstrate excellence in leadership and organization, culture and ethics. Besides, businesses also need to promote cohesion, work aspirations and trust in employees.

At Pizza 4P’s, we believe that a company is only as strong as its people. Partners are free to contribute on topics that help improve working conditions and create an inclusive and cohesive work environment.

Pizza 4P’s focuses on developing recruiting policies, enhancing the quality of training programs, and retaining talents. Partners at Pizza 4P’s have the opportunity to learn through various forms such as e-learnings, online English courses and both domestic and international courses.
