Pizza 4P’s is an innovative restaurant group with 36+ dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan. Founded in Vietnam, we are known for our commitment to quality, creativity, and social responsibility. Following the successful opening of our first store in Bangalore (Indiranagar) in December 2023, we are preparing to expand with 2–3 more restaurants in India by 2025.

We are looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams. This role is central to shaping Pizza 4P’s India workplace, supporting our growth, and strengthening the bridge between our India operations and the Wow Center (HQ) in Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

People & Culture (Core Focus)

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure we attract and retain the right talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and team culture initiatives aligned with 4P’s values.
  • Oversee performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure competitive and fair Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structures in line with market and company philosophy.
  • Act as a trusted partner for managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws while upholding company culture and policies.


Office & Coordination

  • Oversee daily office operations, budgets, and vendor management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and leadership team.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with Vietnam’s Wow Center and other global teams.
  • Support company events, training sessions, and cross-functional projects.


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Champion a workplace culture rooted in Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong alignment with Pizza 4P’s vision and values.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience (hospitality/retail background preferred).
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, training, engagement, and performance management.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across cultures.
