The situation:
The Performance Measurement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company and its departments in collecting, monitoring, and maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related data. This role ensures that all KPI data is accurately tracked, up-to-date, and correctly calculated to facilitate effective performance management and strategic decision-making. He/she is also responsible for managing key projects to ensure the company achieves its annual objectives and long-term vision.
What you will do:
*KPI Data Collection:
- Work with various departments to identify and gather relevant KPI data.
- Develop and implement standardized data collection processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Utilize data collection tools and software to streamline data gathering activities.
- Data Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Continuously monitor KPI data to ensure it is current and reliable.
- Perform regular audits to verify the integrity and accuracy of the data.
- Update KPI databases and dashboards regularly with the latest data.
* KPI Calculation and Analysis:
- Apply appropriate methodologies to calculate KPIs accurately.
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to support decision-making.
* Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and distribute regular KPI reports and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively through presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to review and interpret KPI data.
* Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance measurement activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on KPI data management and usage.
* Project management/coordination:
- Coordinate or manage company’s key projects upon request to ensure the company achieves its annual objectives and long-term vision.
Who you are:
* Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or a related role.
* Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
