WHAT YOU WILL DO ?
1. Admin Tasks (80%): Manage services quality. Follow requirement, check and make
payment ...
- Process and arrange cleaning schedule (for Office and stores in cleaning
furniture, floor, wall, carpet....) - Conduct the requirement and work with suppliers to ensure the service
quality smoothly, some services as: dishwashing, cleaning, laundry,
printing, EMS, pest control, alarm system, safeguard, internet, gardening,
car rent, parking, garbage collection, printing, hotel booking and flight
ticket..... - Follow, work with supplier and process contract, renew contract and/or
make annex for the services - Search new suppliers for new service and/or comparison price as well as
service (if need) - Uniform management
- Other tasks as line manager’s assign
2. Administrative Office (20%)
- Files tracking
- Welcome guest, check calendar and guide to meeting room (if need)
- Keep office environment clean and clear
- Work with landlord for vehicle parking, repairing, goods in/out, and others
araising (if have) - Office miscellaneous job araising at any time
WHO YOU ARE ?
- College and above
- 2-3 years experience working in related fields
- Good in English
- Good in computer literacy, ms office, excel, pp…
- Well organization, accurate and able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Be loyal, honest, carefull, hard-working, learn quickly
- Good communication skill, ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Have a high sense of responsibility, be willing to take initiative and support
- Be enthusiatic and ready to work overtime when necessary
