THE SITUATION
With over 38 full-service dining establishments across Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Japan, Pizza 4P‘s is a innovative pizza brand originating from Vietnam, known for its commitment to quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a socially responsible approach. 4P‘s has crafted our company and brand identity around the fundamental value of Omotenashi, among others, embracing the ethos of wholehearted hospitality.
The Operations Director (Vietnam & Cambodia) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all dine-in operations for Pizza 4P‘s within Vietnam & Cambodia. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure the highest standards of guest service, quality, and efficiency across all restaurants in the country. This position reports to the Country Director and will lead a team of Operations Leadership and other Operation Support functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operational Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Embodying the company‘s vision, mission, and core values while inspiring others to do the same.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the operation leadership team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to Area manager and/or Senior restaurant managers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the company‘s quality excellence development in the whole nation through specialized projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular store audits and inspections to maintain the highest level of food and service quality.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets for all restaurants, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability metrics, and take proactive measures to achieve financial targets.
- Propose and implement pricing strategies and related activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
Market Expansion and Growth:
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute expansion plans and new restaurant openings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

TRAINING & WORKING SCHEDULE
- Onboarding & training at a designated store in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi)
Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 1 day off per week, flexible working hours based on job requirment
