THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P's is all about creating WOW moments – from our delicious food to unforgettable Guest experiences. With a network of 40 stores across 5 countries, we're growing fast and need a passionate Operations Excellence Director to take us to the next level.
This role is all about collaborating with teams across the board – Guest Services, HR, Supply Chain, QA, HSE, Marketing, IT, Finance, and more – to support operations in running like clockwork. From back-office strategy to what happens on the restaurant floor, you'll be instrumental in driving improvements, solving problems, and ensuring every detail reflects our values: Omotenashi, Authenticity, Kaizen, and Compassion.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
1. Empowering Operational Strategy (40%)
- Build and roll out a game plan for smoother, smarter operations that can keep up with our growing presence across Vietnam and Cambodia.
- Set clear goals and track performance through KPIs that drive efficiency, quality, and happy guests.
- Merge a strong data driven and practical floor level approach to identify the areas for opportunities to optimize operations and deliver improved experiences for guests.
- Work closely with Country Directors of Vietnam and Cambodia and the Wow Center to keep everyone on the same page and moving forward together.
2. Making Things Work Better (30%)
- Partner with teams across HR, Supply Chain, QA, HSE, IT, Marketing, and more to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
- Look at every detail of our processes – from sourcing ingredients to serving customers – and find ways to do it better, faster, and greener.
- Lead efforts to standardize operations across stores, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- Support Operational SOP adherence by leading the teams in conducting efficient audits of procedures and collaborating with and coaching Operation teams on approaches to achieve greater results.
3. Inspiring and Supporting Teams (20%)
- Be a mentor and motivator for teams across different departments and countries. Help them grow, work better together, and aim higher.
- Collaborate with HR to develop training programs that empower team members at all levels – from back office to store operations.
- Build a strong connection with store teams, making sure they have what they need to create WOW experiences for our guests.
4. Contributing to Sustainability and Innovation (10%)
- Work with internal and external partners to test and launch innovative ideas that make a real impact on our operations and the environment.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging everyone to think creatively and adapt to change.

Reporting structure and Key stakeholders
- Report to: Country Director of Vietnam and Cambodia
- Direct reports: Managers of Operations Improvement, Guest Experience/ Guest Services, Operations Optimization and Event Management, Maintenance, Automation and Internet of Things, General Administration, Quality Assurance and Health and Safety.
- Internal key stakeholders: all the internal Wow Center departments i.e. Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Finance
- External: vendors, contractors, agencies, government authorities, media (when required)
