The Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent across all business areas, maintaining a strong workforce foundation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- High-Volume Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies to support high-volume hiring for store operations and frontline employees, ensuring a consistent pipeline of talent.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition for Key Roles: Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies for leadership, corporate, and specialized roles, ensuring alignment with business growth and innovation needs.
- Workforce Planning & Collaboration: Partner with Operations Leadership and Department Heads to forecast staffing needs, aligning recruitment efforts with business growth and seasonal demands.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Pizza 4P’s employer brand to attract top talent, leveraging storytelling, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Recruitment Execution: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring time-to-hire and improve candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Implement inclusive hiring practices that promote DEI initiatives, fostering a diverse and connected workforce.
- Global Expansion Support: Lead recruitment efforts to support Pizza 4P’s expansion into new markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural considerations.
- Career Growth & Internal Mobility: Align hiring strategies with internal mobility initiatives, ensuring employees have clear career progression pathways within Pizza 4P’s.
- AI-Driven Hiring & Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics and AI-driven hiring tools to improve recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate quality.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment journey, reflecting the values and culture of Pizza 4P’s.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive proactive recruitment solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or HR leadership roles, preferably in a global or multi-market organization.
- Proven track record in leading recruitment functions for fast-growing companies, especially in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Experience in managing recruitment operations across multiple countries, understanding international hiring practices.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for 4P’s mission and values, with a deep commitment to fostering a people-centric workplace.
