THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P’s mission is to make the world smile for peace, driven by our core value of Omotenashi, the spirit of wholehearted hospitality, and a commitment to Kaizen—continuous improvement. As we grow, maintaining exceptional quality across our production facilities is essential. The Production Director will oversee two central kitchen facilities and a cheese factory, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality products for nearly 40 full-service restaurants nationwide.
This strategic yet hands-on role requires a leader who not only understands production processes but also embodies our values of quality and hospitality in every decision. You will work closely with Supply Chain Management and R&D to align production with demand while maintaining food safety and sensory excellence. Your leadership will be critical in upholding the standards that drive guest satisfaction and support our brand’s growth. This position reports to the Country Director of Vietnam & Cambodia.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Strategic Production Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term production strategy for central kitchens and the cheese factory, aligning with broader company goals.
- Food Safety & Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality production at all times. Own the KPIs related to food safety, product consistency, and taste.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the semi-automated and manual production processes, ensuring workflows are streamlined and productivity is optimized across all facilities.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop production teams across the two central kitchens and cheese factory. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaboration with SCM: Work closely with Supply Chain Management to ensure the production plan aligns with demand forecasts and inventory requirements, enabling efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Collaboration with R&D: Partner with the Research & Development team to review and update SOPs, and ensure ingredient sourcing is consistent with product quality and cost objectives.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that the facilities are in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and innovations in production techniques that maintain product integrity while increasing efficiency.
Working Location
The position is based in the Long Hau Industrial zone. Business traveling to other provinces (Lam Dong, Ha Noi, etc) may be required from time to time.
ARE YOU A "FIT"?
- Good knowledge and experience in ISO, HACCP, GMP or equivalent international standards
- Fluent in Vietnamese and technical English
- Over 05 years of central kitchen production management with at least 03 years in similar position in a well-known food manufacturing company of high quality standard
- Quality focus with Kaizen mindset
- Strong people management skills

Training & Working schedule
- 2 months onboarding and probation
- Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 1 day off per week, flexible working hours based on operation schedule
