- Basic salary 6,500,000 - 7,000,000/month + bonus (500,000 - 1,200,000/month)

RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
- Communication with other departments to ensure positive Guest experience
- One Touch Guest communication in resolving issues
- Responsible for all Guest communication via web, email and phone
- Find ways to improve Guest Experience
- Finding ways to create WOW experience on daily basis
- Ensure good guest experience, create new ways to have a great guest experiences & recover when there are issues or complaints
