GOOD GOOD is our new lamb supplier and Oneness Partner at Pizza 4P’s Tokyo.

They started with a simple question: “What makes meat both healthy and delicious?”

Guided by a belief in pasture-raising, grass-fed living, and genuine care for health, GOOD GOOD works closely with producers to rethink how quality meat is raised and shared. From farm to table, they tend to the environment, the relationships, and the craft behind every cut.

We’re now featuring their lamb in two dishes:

Rogan Josh – Inspired by the royal kitchens of Northern India, tender lamb slowly simmered with spices into a rich, fragrant curry.

Merguez Moroccan Lamb Pizza  – Lamb, feta and salsiccia come together in a bold, aromatic combination with depth in every bite.
