[HCM] Learning Data & LMS Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO 
Pizza 4P’s is looking for a Learning Data & LMS Executive who plays an important role in our 
Learning & Development Team, focusing on handling learning data, administering our Learning 
Management System (LMS), and supporting L&D operations. You will work directly with the L&D 
Lead and Training Program Managers, contributing to our data-driven learning culture and 
ensuring smooth L&D operations. 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT 
Learning Data Management & LMS Administration (70%) 
1. Learning Data Handling: 
● Track, verify, and update training progress in LMS and integrated tools/systems (e.g., 
visualization tools, conference tools…). 
● Manage data synchronization between LMS and reporting/visualization platforms. 
● Support the monthly skill evaluation process and generate skill reports (bi-weekly, 
monthly) to support 4P’s Restaurant Managers and Hub Managers. 
● Create report as assigned by line manager and Head of L&D. 
● Analyze learning data to provide insights for program effectiveness and improvements. 

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Administration  
● Manage LMS users: import/update accounts, enroll users in courses. 
● Set up, manage, and troubleshoot online courses and learning materials in LMS. 
● Ensure smooth system operation, including LMS integration and mobile compatibility. 
● Be the contact point to support 4P’s Partners in accessing and navigating LMS. 

L&D Operational support (30%) 
● Logistics support for all training initiatives 
● Graphic design for L&D training communications and materials 
● Handle paperwork relating to LMS, L&D accounts, L&D vendors 
● Other training operational work assigned by line manager. 

ARE YOU A FIT? 
● Tech-savvy & detail-oriented, with a passion for data and system management. 
● Good command of English. 
● Proficient in Google Sheets, Power BI, Google Looker (formulas, dashboards), familiar 
with LMS platforms. 
● Experience with authoring tools (Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe After 
Effects…), and designing tools (Ai, Ps, Canva…) is a plus. 
● Growth & service mindset to deliver WOW experiences to 4P’s Partners.
