[HCM] HR Admin Executive (1 Year Contract)

POSITION OVERVIEW
Pizza 4P’s is looking for a HR Admin Executive who plays a key supporting role in ensuring smooth HR operations, effective internal communications, and efficient execution of learning and development initiatives. The position requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation & Administration

  • Manage LMS users: import/update accounts, enroll users in courses.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot online courses and learning materials in LMS.
  • Ensure smooth system operation, provide technical support to learners and instructors.

2. E-learning Support 

  • Generate reports on e-learning performance (feedback scores, completion rates) and update Master e-learning reports.
  • Manage monthly skill report schedule and unlock approvals in LMS.
  • Prepare e-learning communications (emails, posters, platform announcements).
  • Handle administrative paperwork related to filming, AI tools, and authoring tool subscriptions.
  • Support internal learning campaigns 

3. Departmental Training Support

  • Collect and support the design of training materials
  • Provide participant lists and support with training scheduling, communications, reports
  • Assist with ad hoc training-related requests from other departments.

4. Other Supports

  • Internal Communications & Logistics: Collect monthly training schedules and prepare the Monthly Training Calendar, assisting with communications across official channels.
  • Translation & Documentation Support: Translate SOPs, manuals, guidelines, workflows, and policies for multi-country deployment.
  • Tools & Logistics Administration: Support subscriptions and account management for AI tools, group emails, and team requests on Kissflow.
  • Other logistics for P&C team events, awards, and internal campaigns assigned by line manager.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Mail, Google Form…
  • Experience with LMS is a plus.
