Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Pizza 4P’s is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. II. ROLE PURPOSE
This role exists to lead the full bar strategy, bar operations, capability development, and guest experience for Pizza 4P’s across markets. It ensures that bar offerings consistently deliver superior quality, creativity, and alignment with the 4P’s brand philosophy.
It serves the business by building a scalable, standardized, cost-efficient, and innovative bar program that elevates Omotenashi hospitality, strengthens guest satisfaction, supports expansion, and builds a strong internal bench of bar talents.
Business Size: Multi-country bar operations across 4P’s restaurants
Reporting to: Beverage Manager
Subordinates: Bartender (as applicable)
III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Bar Strategy & Concept Development
• Define and evolve overall bar vision aligned with 4P’s brand
• Develop menu strategy and signature beverage concepts
• Lead seasonal menu innovation for alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings
Operations & Quality Control
• Establish and standardize bar SOPs, recipes, and service protocols
• Ensure consistent execution across all stores
• Conduct bar audits to maintain quality, hygiene, and compliance standards
Supply Chain & Cost Management
• Oversee ordering and inventory control across stores
• Optimize stock levels and minimize wastage
• Lead supplier sourcing and negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Control COGS and margins to meet financial targets
People Leadership & Capability Building
• Build and develop bar teams and future leaders
• Design bar training frameworks and certification standards
• Implement coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Strengthen bar culture of ownership, discipline, creativity, and professionalism
Guest Experience & Innovation
• Enhance overall guest dining journey through elevated bar experience
• Introduce modern techniques, trends, and sustainability practices
• Ensure Omotenashi hospitality in every bar interaction
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Kitchen, Operations, Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns
• Lead bar readiness for new store openings and international expansion

VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education Background
• Minimum: Completed High School Education
• Preferred: Certified training from Bartender Academy or equivalent
Language Proficiency
• Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written)
VIII. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience Duration
• 5–7 years total professional experience
Relevant Experience
• Required: Minimum 5 years as bartender with proven cocktail creation expertise
• Preferred: Experience in management of hotel bars or chain restaurant bar operations
Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration
• Required: Experience collaborating across functions in a service-driven environment
Industry or Domain Expertise
• Required: Experience in F&B or hospitality
• Preferred: Multi-unit or chain restaurant bar leadership experience
