I. ROLE PURPOSE
The Procurement Executive – Da Nang Market (Food & Non-Food) manages end-to-end procurement activities to ensure efficient sourcing, cost optimization, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies while supporting operational needs.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Food Procurement (60%)
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify, evaluate, and develop the suppliers of in-charged category

Conduct RFQ/RFP processes and perform commercial evaluations, including cost structure analysis

Negotiate with suppliers for all terms of purchasing

Establish and maintain supplier performance evaluation

Develop dual/multi-sourcing strategies to mitigate supply risk.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Operation Admin for quality issue resolution and supplier claims management

Partner with R&D and Operations on new product development and reformulation projects

Coordinate with Finance and QA for payment & food safety requirements

Support internal stakeholders on procurement-related requests and ad-hoc sourcing needs.
Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, manage, and properly archive procurement documentation
-
Ensure all procurement activities are fully compliant with company policies, approval matrix, audit requirements, and applicable local regulations in Vietnam.

Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and documentation checks by providing accurate and complete procurement records when required.
Non-Food Procurement (40%)
Category Management & Operational Excellence

Managing NonFood category for nationwide: consumable; printing; packaging; glassware; chemical

Maintain smooth operation by getting products delivered on time in full or in proper purchase cycle time for Non Food category

Collaborate closely with user (Restaurant, Factory, Marketing...) to resolve daily arising issues

Prepare, manage, and properly archive procurement documentation

Ensure all procurement activities are fully compliant with company policies, approval matrix, audit requirements, and applicable local regulations in Vietnam.

Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and documentation checks by providing accurate and complete procurement records when required.
III. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education Background
-
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
Language Proficiency
-
Required: English (spoken & written)
Minimum Experience Duration
-
1-2 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within food, F&B Industry.
