【What We Do】
■Vision
At Pizza 4P’s, our vision is “Make the World Smile for Peace.” Inspired by the joy of sharing peaceful moments, a pizza party with friends, we aim to spread that sense of happiness worldwide. Operating over 30 locations across Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, Japan and with the recent addition of our Indonesia store, we are a global pizza restaurant chain dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional dining experiences.
Since our founding, we have prioritized sustainability and community engagement. Our in-house crafted cheese and transparent sourcing of ingredients reflect our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. We also offer educational and entertaining experiences, such as workshops for children using vegetables grown in our aquaponics systems. In Cambodia, we’ve tackled waste management challenges by launching zero-waste stores. We are proud to publish an annual sustainability report and engage in projects like “Letters to the Future,” which uses recycled materials to create awareness about plastic waste. These efforts have earned us recognition worldwide.

Details of Creative Directer
【Job Description】
We are looking for a creative director with high skill and vision to lead the creative activities of an international restaurant brand expanding in Asia and to shape the brand’s visual identity. You will also be responsible for finding ways to embody the company’s vision and mission through design, delivering “Wow” experiences.
▶︎Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with Pizza 4P’s brand and business goals.
Brand Development:
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including restaurants, packaging, digital platforms, marketing materials, and product design.
Continuously evolve the Pizza 4P’s brand identity while remaining true to its core values and aesthetics.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and reflect them in brand development strategies.
▶︎Creative Direction:
Lead brainstorming sessions and idea generation processes to create innovative concepts and design solutions.
Oversee the production of engaging visual assets including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video.
Direct the development of consistent design systems that enhance brand recognition and user experience.
Supervise the creation of printed materials such as packaging, books, menus, and posters, paying attention to details like paper selection, color checks, print samples, and final sign-off.
▶︎Incorporating the Wow Factor:
Inspire the company’s vision, mission, and commitment to sustainability through design, finding innovative ways to deliver “wow” experiences to guests.
Infuse creativity and originality into campaigns, menus, and other design elements to captivate and delight customers.
▶︎Advising on New Concepts:
Provide expert advice on new concepts such as signage and interior design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and exceeding customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions that enhance the overall dining experience.
▶︎Team Management:
Recruit, mentor, and inspire talented designers, fostering their professional growth and creative potential.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and creativity.
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and R&D, to align design initiatives with organizational goals.
▶︎Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative work on time.
Establish workflows, timelines, and priorities to streamline project execution and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
【MUST-HAVE Qualifications】
▶︎Business-level English proficiency (both spoken and written).
▶︎5+ years of experience in a creative field.
▶︎Leadership experience driving a team with a data-driven approach.
▶︎A strong passion for food and deep interest in the dining, hospitality, and global food culture scenes.
▶︎Cutting-edge sense of design, dining industry, and technology.
▶︎Ability to thrive as a team leader in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Capability to execute and drive initiatives while involving and inspiring the team and surroundings to achieve the vision.
【NICE-to-HAVE Qualifications】
▶︎Work experience in Southeast Asia or other overseas markets.
▶︎Management experience in organizations with over 10 team members.
▶︎Work or management experience in the dining, hospitality, or F&B industry.
▶︎Ability to see challenges through to the end and find solutions to difficult problems.
▶︎Capacity to drive projects with ownership, involving internal and external stakeholders.
▶︎Ability to collaborate with teammates from diverse backgrounds and respect different opinions and cultures.
▶︎Capability to make optimal decisions with a broad perspective for long-term business growth.
▶︎Strong interest in sustainability and solving social issues.
