From the smallest details of the interior, the store has been carefully designed to embody the concept of “Biodiversity,” and this journey has been made possible in collaboration with various partners.

At the entrance, there’s a museum featuring projection mapping, visually illustrating “biodiversity” — the process of fermentation and how cheese is made.
The interior also incorporates recycled materials, such as coffee grounds and fish nets, along with unique lampshades with different patterns and materials, and napkins dyed using traditional Indonesian techniques. All these elements have come together to create a store that tells a complete story.

Moreover, the brand director, Mr. Kubota, who has led the brand’s expansion in various countries, mentioned that this was the most challenging opening yet. However, it has resulted in a store that truly expresses the concept of “Biodiversity.”
