There’s something special about summer that makes everything feel more colorful. Maybe it’s the longer days, the warm evening or just the general sense that anything is possible. This summer, we’re turning that feeling into something you can literally color.

 

 

 

Here’s your summer scenario – you order your favorite pizza and it arrives in a box that’s just waiting to be transformed. Not just any box, but one designed specifically to become your canvas. What started as a simple delivery has suddenly become an opportunity to create something meaningful as it’s also about celebrating the people who make your summer brighter. It can also be a great summer holiday activity for your little “artists” at home, allowing them to fully express their artistic abilities.

 

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Starting July 8th, every Pizza 4P’s delivery comes with a little extra fun. When you order from Pizza 4P’s delivery, you’ll receive your pizza in our specially designed coloring boxes. Each box features original artwork created just for this contest.

 

But here’s the twist – this isn’t just about making something beautiful. It’s also about celebrating the people who paint your summer with their own special colors. Your neighbor who waters your plants when you’re away. Your friend who always knows exactly what to say. That colleague who brings you coffee on Monday mornings. The teacher that gives your kid valuable lessons. The family member who makes you laugh until your stomach hurts. These are the people who deserve a colored pizza box with their name on it.

 

HOW TO JOIN THE FUN

Step 1: Place your pizza order which will arrive at your home with a special box.

 

Step 2: Get your colored pencils, crayons, markers or any art supplies you have at home. There’s no right or wrong way to do this, whether you’re coloring solo or making it a family activity. Let your imagination run wild. Every approach creates something unique and beautiful.

 

Step 3: This is the important part. Express your gratitude by thinking about someone who’s made your summer colorful – a friend who always makes you laugh, a neighbor who helped you out, a family member who brightens your days or anyone who deserves recognition. Maybe they haven’t even realized the impact they’ve had. This is your opportunity to tell them.

 

Step 4: Share your artwork to the world by taking a photo or video of your colored box with its “recipient”. Post it on Instagram, Facebook or on the announcement post with:

• Your story about why you chose this person and how they made your summer colorful

* End date: August 8, 2025 (4 weeks)

* Time zone: All times referenced are Vietnam Standard Time (GMT+7)

Eligibility requirements

 

• Who can participate:

* Residents of Vietnam (who live in Vietnam, either Vietnamese or foreigners)) aged 18 years and older

* Minors may participate with parental consent and supervision

* Must have a valid social media account (Instagram or Facebook), or minors with parents’ social media account

* Must be able to receive delivery from Pizza 4P’s participating locations

 

• Who can not participate:

* Partners (employees) of Pizza 4P’s and their immediate family members

* Residents outside of Vietnam

* Accounts that are private or restricted from public viewing

* Previously banned or suspended social media accounts

 

• How to enter

Required steps (all must be completed)

1. Purchase requirement: Order pizza delivery from Pizza 4P’s during the contest period and receive a specially designed coloring box
2. Creative element: Color the pizza box using any coloring materials
3. “Gratitude” element: Put the name of the person who has made your summer colorful on the colored box or give the colored box to them
4. Documentation: Take a clear photo or video showing:

    * The completed colored pizza box

    * The recipient (if they consent to being photographed) or the act of giving

5. Social media posting: Post the photo/video on Instagram or Facebook (public setting) with:

    * A caption explaining why you gave the box to this person/ why you put the name of the person on it and how they made your summer colorful

    * Tag: @pizza4ps

    * Hashtag: #Summer4Peace #Pizza4ps #ColormySummer

6. Story requirement: The caption must include a genuine, personal story (minimum 50 words) about the recipient and their positive impact on your summer

 

Judging criterias

 

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of Pizza 4P’s team members based on:

 

• Compelling story & emotional resonance (50%)

* Authenticity and sincerity of the story

* Emotional impact and connection

* Creativity in expressing gratitude

* How well the story aligns with summer themes

 

• Creativity & originality of coloring (30%)

* Artistic expression and creativity

* Use of colors and artistic techniques

* Originality and personal style

* Overall visual appeal of the colored box

 

• Visual presentation (20%)

* Photo/video quality and clarity

* Clear visibility of the Pizza 4P’s branding

* Composition and presentation

* Relevance to the accompanying story

 

Prize distribution schedule:

* Week 2: 10 winners of week 1 announced

* Week 4: 10 winners of week 2-3 announced

* Week 5: Final 10 winners of week 4 announced

 

Prize delivery:

* Winners will be contacted via social media direct message within 48 hours of announcement

* Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification

* Delivery will be arranged to winner’s address in Vietnam

* No cash alternatives or prize transfers allowed

 

Winner selection process

 

Judging timeline

* Submissions in Week 1 will be judged in Week 2

* Submissions in Weeks 2-3 will be judged in Week 4

* All remaining eligible submissions will be judged in Week 5

 

Notification process

1. Winners will be announced on Pizza 4P’s official social media accounts
2. Individual notification via direct message on the platform where artwork was submitted
3. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize
4. Public announcement of winners (first name and city only)

 

Submission requirements & restrictions

 

Content guidelines:

* Submission must be original work created by the participant

* Content must be appropriate for all ages

* No offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or imagery

* Must comply with Instagram and Facebook community guidelines

* Pizza 4P’s branding must be clearly visible in the photo/video

 

Technical requirements:

* Photos must be clear and well-lit

* Videos must be under 60 seconds

* Must be posted as a public post (not private or restricted)

* Caption must be in Vietnamese or English

* One entry per pizza box received

 

Submission limits:

* Maximum 3 entries per person throughout the contest period

* Each entry must feature a different colored pizza box

* Multiple entries on the same day are not permitted

 

Rights & permissions

Content usage rights – By participating, contestants grant Pizza 4P’s:

* Non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use submitted content for marketing purposes

* Right to repost, share, and feature winning entries on official channels

* Right to use winner’s first name and city for promotional purposes

* Permission to contact winners for potential feature stories or interviews

 

Privacy & data protection:

* Personal information collected only for contest administration

* Data will not be shared with third parties

* Winners’ contact information used solely for prize delivery

* Participants may request data deletion after contest conclusion

 

Disqualification conditions

 

Entries will be disqualified for:

* Failure to follow all entry requirements

* Use of inappropriate or offensive content

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

* Late, lost, or misdirected entries are not Pizza 4P’s responsibility

Contest modification:

Dispute resolution:

* All decisions by Pizza 4P’s judging panel are final

FORCE MAJEURE 

Pizza 4P’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest due to:

* Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

* Government regulations or health emergencies

* Technical failures beyond reasonable control

* Any circumstances that make contest continuation impractical or unsafe
