In designing this personal information protection outline, 4PS will endeavor to raise awareness of the importance of personal information protection among all employees, and by doing so, promote the protection of personal information.

4PS will maintain the accuracy, personal information, and ensure personal information is up to date. To protect against unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and disclosure, 4PS will provide the necessary training and tools for its employees. 4PS will implement security measures and carry out strict personal information management.
Purpose of Using Personal Information
4PS will respond to questions the client may have regarding entrusted personal information by email and include relevant documentation.
Prohibition Against Providing and Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
4PS will appropriately manage information entrusted by clients, and will not make any disclosures of personal information to any third parties except in the following circumstances. 1. Disclosures made with the agreement of the client 2. Disclousres to a consigned services merchant, made by 4PS in order to fulfil a service requested by the client 3. Disclosures when required by laws and regulations.

With regards to personal information possessed by 4PS, in accordance with Japanese laws, regulations and other standards, 4PS will appropriately update the contents of this document, and seek to implement improvements.
