Whole Tomato 04 Cheese fondue Anchovy Pasta:
Simple, yet appealing pasta with 04 kinds of melted cheese embraced inside a whole Tomato. Tomato shell is baked, leaving a juicy sweetness. Base sauce is made from Onion, Anchovy and utilized the inner part of Tomato. This mild, juicy sauce is a balance to the complexity and richness of Cheese Fondue.
Ricotta and Parma Ham Pasta with Rocket Genovese
A savory pasta with Parma ham and Rocket Genovese. Rocket Genovese offers a tangy, peppery note, complementing the exclusive taste of Parma Ham. In contrast, fresh House-made Ricotta draws refreshing brush, balancing the general sharp, tangy flavor of the pasta.
Vegetable Peperoncino
A light, balanced pasta to refresh the day. More than 10 kinds of vegetables are used, creating a completely juicy combination. The sauce is made from Garlic Butter with a touch of Mashed Potato and spicy mark, offering a tender buttery note that pairs well with the natural veggies harmony.
