Bun dau mam tom is a popular Vietnamese street food, and our intention is bringing this unique dish closer to dinners.
What makes this dish special is the combination of two fermented ingredients: Shrimp paste sauce (mam tom) and our House-made Camembert Cheese. They surprisingly match together and help enhance the experience of dinners.
