After 2 weeks of voting by readers of ArchDaily, Pizza 4Ps Ben Thanh is very honored to be the only Vietnamese candidate in the list of 16 finalists, selected from 700 others from all over the world. Refurbishment award is developed by ArchDaily to demonstrate the global importance of refurbishment architecture as a method of achieving sustainable development and flexible, living cities.

In the heart of Saigon, righ next to touristic landmark of Ben Thanh Market, Pizza 4P’s Ben Thanh at 08 Thu Khoa Huan Street is the renovation project of a French colonial style building. Design objective of Pizza 4P’s Ben Thanh was to “update the space in a sensitive way, where both past and present times flow smoothly and continuously enrich the space”.
