In order to offer a classic Carbonara with a touch of 4P’s freshness, we are pleased to introduce to you our new version called Mushroom Carbonara. You’ll be able to taste the blend of creamy egg sauce, pancetta, along with Yoshimoto button mushrooms, with a little accent of truffle oil and black pepper. With this new dish, we want to share more about two key ingredients which are button mushrooms and creamy egg sauce.
Mushrooms are nutritious, low in carbohydrates and calories, but a great source of B vitamins, minerals, fiber and even protein. We use button mushrooms from Yoshimoto Mushroom Company (VietGAP certified), they are grown organically, completely without chemical fertilizers, pesticides and additives.
Additionally, five of our restaurants so far are using cage-free eggs for this improved dish such as: Hai Ba Trung, Phu My Hung, Saigon Center, Le Thanh Ton and Ben Thanh.
