Squid ink Risotto with Semi Dried Tomato and House-made Aioli Sauce.
To all the seafood lovers out there, we think this new seasonal risotto dish would satisfy your palate!
In case you didn’t know, Risotto is an Italian rice dish cooked in a special way with broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. For our dish, we use squid ink which gives the rice its famous color, combined with shrimp stock to enhance the underlying hints of the sea. Topped with baked squid, semi dried tomato, aioli sauce and house-made Caciocavallo, this dish is packed with briny and rich flavors.
