This dish consists of fried Basa in crispy and light batter, zucchini flower and potato chips, served with house-made tartare sauce and a wedge of lemon. With a slightly salted flavour, the fish and chips become well-balanced once you squeeze the lemon wedge all over and dip in our house-made tartare sauce.
