Recently, our Food Creative and Sustainability Teams embarked on a trip to the Central Highlands of Vietnam to visit Thien Sinh Farm and Orlar Farm. We were able to feel, sense and taste the ingredients, and also connect with farmers and suppliers. This helped us find inspirations for our upcoming seasonal dishes with the hope of highlighting the ingredients, as well as the passion of the people involved in creating them.
We would like specifically thank Mr. Thang, the owner of Thien Sinh Farm and Ms. Amanda, Chief Horticulturist of Orlar Farm for showing us around and sharing with us their valuable experiences.
