Based on this feedback, we have decided to change to a new source of scallops from Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan as the main ingredient for our Sweet Miso Gratin Pizza with Japanese Scallops. This will enhance the flavor and richness of the dish, which is now available at restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. We hope you’ll enjoy this new version! 😊
