Introducing our improved pizza dough, made with whey!

Recently, we switched to using whey water in our pizza dough, instead of regular filtered water. Available at all of our restaurants in HCMC, the improved pizza dough offers a lighter texture with nicer colour when baked, as well as minimises our impact on the environment by repurposing whey water extracted from our Cheese Factory.

However, this change means our pizzas (HCMC only) are no longer vegan-friendly. Don’t worry though, we have exciting alternatives coming soon to make it up for you!
