Lately, we’ve received a lot of questions about our new ‘Beef Hanging Tender and Fried Potato with 2 kinds of dip’. Today, we would like to share more with you about this special dish!

Beef Hanging Tender is the meat between the tenderloin and ribs with a soft texture and rich flavours, accompanied with starchy fried potato and crunchy sweet corn. To elevate this dish even further, of course, we have some dipping sauces. You can choose two out of three sauces when ordering:

  • Chimichurri sauce – this attractive green sauce originates from Argentina, well-known for being the sauce for roasted beef. With the main ingredients of pureé parsley and garlic combined with other spices, bringing you an aromatic experience.
  • Momiji sauce – a flavourful blend of finely ground carrots with soy sauce and other classic Japanese seasonings.
  • Harrisa sauce – made for those who love a little bit of a kick – made with paprika, dried chilli and other spices, this sauce is popular in the North Africa regions.
