Using local fresh fish from Vung Tau, the pomfret is fried with crispy skin while the meat is still tender and succulent. Accompanied with our house-made Evergreen sauce with rich aroma of cauliflower purée. Don’t forget to combine with sautéed vegetables for a complete culinary experience!
