“Num Banh Chok” Pizza, a unique pizza from Pizza 4P’s Cambodia, with the desire to bring diverse colors in cuisine when combining traditional Cambodian ingredients with the creativity of 4P’s own recipe.

Inspired by the popular fish curry vermicelli noodle soup “Num Banh Chok” in Cambodia, the yellow sauce on the pizza is made from Cambodian traditional ingredients such yellow kroeung, flowering plants, prahok, and red tilapia fish. Topped with a flavoursome layer of water celery, basil, water mimosa, Thai basil, banana blossom, water hyacinth, and sesbania flower. All ingredients combined with crunchy peanuts, and creamy house-made cheese will offer a unique harmony to this fusion pizza!
