Let’s welcome back a well-loved seasonal dish from last year “Ceviche Styled Salad with House-made Burrata Cheese and Dalat Lantern Berry”.

Inspired by a well-known seafood dish originating from Peru and in the Pacific coastal regions, called Ceviche, we have added a little 4P’s twist to it. With our signature creamy Burrata as the hero of the dish, we’ve mingled it with accents of sweet and sour from Dalat lantern berry and green lemon sauce, accompanied with a little crunch from cucumber and a hint of spiciness from green chilli. A refreshing experience with vibrant flavours dancing in your mouth!
