The next item on our seasonal menu that you shouldn’t miss is Abalone Linguine with Organic Shiitake Mushroom and Seaweed Butter Sauce.

Your taste buds will be awakened by the rich and outstanding aroma from abalone soup stock and Shiitake mushroom duxelles, mixed with the slight creaminess from seaweed butter sauce that permeates each strand of Linguine. Let’s enjoy and feel the sweetness exuded from organic Shiitake mushrooms, along with the characteristic crunchy texture of abalone slices, add a little freshness with rocket leaves and Da Lat curly kale.
