The Guest Service Supervisor position has the main responsibility to monitor and to Kaizen for better guest experience. This will contribute greatly to the purpose of the Guest Service Department at Pizza 4P’s which is transforming the welcome experience into a memorable and delightful first impression, ultimately elevating guest happiness and fostering lasting positive memories.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
- Communication with restaurant team and call center to ensure positive Guest experience
- Develop and provide training for new and current Partners
- Ensure the capability of our workforce to meet reception needs as per standard
- Effectively support Operations’ performance needs, enhancing partners’ overall
- Do performance reviews and develop Kaizen actions and development plan for Partner
- Proactively prepare successors with adequate skills
- Addressing guest complains and situations at the reception and resolving them on the spot
- Managing reception team schedule in cooperation with restaurant operations team
- Providing ways to motivate the reception team
- Providing reception training and guest service training to the whole team as shared by the coach
- Ensure One Touch communication towards all Guests. Extend the work related to the guest experience and ensure the completion of the tasks in the allotted time --> Ensure the deadline for handling the guest’s problems.
WHO YOU ARE ?
- College/Bachelor in hospitality/Business Management is a plus
- Preferred experience in the industry (F&B or Hospitality) in Guest Service roles
- 1-2 years of experience in management skills
- Skills in service management, improve service quality, development plan for team members
- Creative, insightful, flexible, and proactive in work.
- Ability to work in teams towards common goals.
- Work in shifts, (200 hours/month)
