WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- In charge of cooking and checking all dishes before serving

- Manage Export - Import - Inventory of goods in the Kitchen‘s warehouse

- In charge of ordering goods in Kitchen Department (by day, week, month,...)

- Manage & train the team on knowledge & skills such as: ensuring food hygiene and safety, food quality....

ARE YOUR "FIT"?

- Have 1-2 years of experience in similar positions in Italian or Continental Cuisine (such as Team Leader/Team Leader/Deputy Manager)

- Basic English Communication

- Basic office information technology, able to use software and systems to order goods.

- Ability to work, manage, train and develop a team of 10-20 members.
