Not all salads whisper. This one speaks truth.

We take kale from @qualitygreens.id, a farm that started with dirt under their fingernails and grew into something beautiful. Their greens know Indonesian sun. They know patience. They know what it means to grow right.

Roasted and blanched, then dressed with rosemary-thyme hummus that coats every leaf. A whisper of gochujang brings the heat,  just enough to wake you up, not enough to burn.

Every bite is different. Grounded but bright. Simple but never boring. This is what happens when good ingredients meet intention.
