OFF-PEAK, ON POINT SLOW HOURS AT PIZZA 4P’S

Somewhere between 2 and 5 PM, the space goes quiet. And in that gap between lunch and dinner, we started noticing who shows up.

Friends who haven’t seen each other in months still talking after their plates are cleared. Someone with a laptop and a coffee, in no hurry to leave. A couple sharing one slice of cheesecake.

If you’ve never come by in the afternoon, this is your sign. Order a coffee. Get the tiramisu. Or the wine, if that’s where the day is headed. Stay as long as you like, we’ll be here either way.
