EARTH HACKERS has introduced the Pizza 4P’s Xuan Thuy store in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and its initiatives.

The store embodies the concept of “edutainment,” combining education and entertainment. It offers workshops for children, where they can actively participate in the process of sustainable food production.

One of the standout features of this location is the aquaponics system, which simultaneously grows fish and vegetables. This allows customers, including children, to witness firsthand how food can be produced in a closed-loop system while also reducing waste.

During the workshops, participants have the opportunity to engage with the process, harvesting and eating vegetables grown in the store’s farm garden. Additionally, the store repurposes whey from the cheese-making process in its in-house cheese factory.
