Operating over 30 locations across Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, Japan and with the recent addition of our Indonesia store, we are a global pizza restaurant chain dedicated to bringing people together through exceptional dining experiences.

Since our founding, we have prioritized sustainability and community engagement. Our in-house crafted cheese and transparent sourcing of ingredients reflect our commitment to quality and environmental responsibility. We also offer educational and entertaining experiences, such as workshops for children using vegetables grown in our aquaponics systems. In Cambodia, we’ve tackled waste management challenges by launching zero-waste stores. We are proud to publish an annual sustainability report and engage in projects like “Letters to the Future,” which uses recycled materials to create awareness about plastic waste. These efforts have earned us recognition worldwide.

【Job Description】

At Pizza 4P’s Tokyo, located in Azabudai Hills, we are looking for a restaurant management professional to oversee high-quality restaurant operations.

 

【Responsibilities】

  1. Restaurant Operations & Core Values
    • Lead and manage restaurant operations with a focus on high-quality service and profit-oriented strategies while upholding our core values.
    • Serve as the leader of the restaurant team, ensuring the implementation of global standards for operation.
    • Create memorable dining experiences through OMOTENASHI (hospitality) and exceptional service.
    • Act as the representative of the restaurant, communicating its concept and purpose to customers and maximizing its value.
    • Align with the global team to maintain quality and lead with a shared vision and direction.
    • Address customer feedback sincerely and maintain an attitude of continuous improvement and hospitality.
    • Ensure the quality control and management of food, beverages, and homemade cheese, including pizza.
  2. Strategy & Management
    • Develop a business model tailored for the Japanese market and drive sales and profit.
    • Manage and control operational costs, including food supplies, labor, utilities, and other expenses.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with stakeholders.
    • Build a sustainable labor model and implement flexible management practices.
  3. Recruitment, Training, Evaluation, and Employee Satisfaction
    • Oversee recruitment, training programs, performance evaluation systems, and strive to enhance employee satisfaction at Pizza 4P’s Japan.

We are proud to make fresh cheese and pizza dough in-house, as well as various condiments and cured meats. We also use high-quality ingredients sourced from dedicated producers.

 

【Backgrounds of this Hiring】 

Currently, these responsibilities are being managed by the General Manager in Japan, who is also handling additional duties. This recruitment is to expand the team in anticipation of future business growth.

 

【Requirements】

▶︎Proficiency in conversational English.

▶︎More than 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.

▶︎Interest in pizza and Italian cuisine.

 

【Working Hours】

Shift-based schedule from 9:00 to 23:00 (*8 hours per shift, 8 days off / Month).
