Connecting with Producers
One of the most important values at Pizza 4P’s is building meaningful “connections,” especially with our producers. Mr. Kubota shared insights into how we cultivate these essential relationships as part of our restaurant operations.
Upcycling Whey – Our Sustainability Efforts
Pizza 4P’s engages in various sustainability initiatives across countries, and we publish an annual Sustainability Report. In this session, we focused on the following initiative:

Upcycling Whey:
When making our house-made cheese, whey is produced as a byproduct. While much of it is typically discarded, Pizza 4P’s Tokyo has been working to upcycle this valuable ingredient in a sustainable way.
Tour 4P’s
We also introduced Tour 4P’s, an initiative that allows people to experience our core concept—“Oneness ~ Earth to People”—beyond just the restaurant setting.
Mr. Iwasaki from Cask Toranomon posed deep, insightful questions, which made the dialogue especially meaningful and engaging.
