We’re grateful to the fishermen of Balikpapan, Kalimantan, who help us bring you this simple yet special pasta dish. Together with our local partners, we take care to harvest only mature Rudy Crabs weighing over 350g, doing our small part to protect these amazing creatures and their home waters. When you taste the delicate sweetness of the crab meat gently folded into our homestyle tomato cream sauce, we hope you’ll appreciate not just the flavors, but also the care that went into bringing it from the Indonesian seas to your table.
