BETTER FOOD, an independent magazine exploring better alternatives for the future of food, continues to shed light on global sustainable food movements and inspiring case studies from around the world.

To dive deeper into these ideas, BETTER FOOD MEETING will be held on Friday, April 11th at COUNTER BOOKS in Gakugei-daigaku, Tokyo, bringing together like-minded voices who are actively shaping new paths forward.

Joining the conversation from Pizza 4P’s is our Global Brand Director, Kazuya Kubota, who also appears in the latest issue of the magazine. Alongside BETTER FOOD’s editor-in-chief and Katsuhiro Kondo from Patagonia Provisions, he will share our perspective and practices as we discuss what a better food future could look like.

There will also be offering light plates featuring our house-made cheeses and organic pasta from Patagonia Provisions.
