WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Data analysis and Performance tracking
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Provide meaningful insights: Collect and analyze data related to restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, PnL performance, labor utilization, and other operational performance metrics.
- Perform regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to generate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of reporting/data.
2. Operation execution support:
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate Operation project execution
- Track the on-going project/tasks and remind to relevant party till get things done in a appropriate timeline.
3. Others:
- Occasionally conduct relevant research in operational field to suggest improvement ideas for restaurant operation.
- Translation work ( From EN to VN).
ARE YOU A FIT?
- College graduate or higher level of finance/ accounting or related;
- College graduate in finance / accounting is preferred;
- 1 - 2 years of Finance or related experience (Big 4 experience is a big plus);
- Good at English (both Speaking & Writing skills).
- Open minded, eager to learn.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
