[HCM] Brand & Communications Manager

The Head of Brand & Communications will be the strategic guardian of the Pizza 4P‘s brand identity and narrative, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across all touchpoints. This leader will be responsible for building our brand‘s emotional connection with guests and driving the "great guest experience for all" agenda, consolidating brand efforts across both dine-in and delivery channels. This role demands a sophisticated taste and a deep understanding that true brand power stems from advocacy rather than mere promotion. You will champion an integrated approach, ensuring seamless brand experiences across all customer touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy & Management: Develop, articulate, and maintain the overarching Pizza 4P‘s, IPPUDO, About Life Coffee, Delivery brand identity, guidelines, and narrative, ensuring a premium and distinctive market presence.
- Communication Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies across all internal and external channels (online, offline, PR), driving a unified and compelling brand message.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all brand-building campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity that resonates with our target audience‘s refined preferences.
- Public Relations & Reputation: Manage PR activities, media relations, and actively shape public perception of the brand, fostering a positive and authentic image.
- Content Oversight & Innovation: Ensure all brand-related content, from advertising creatives to in-store materials, aligns with brand standards and resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and scale a content production model that responds quickly to cultural shifts and audience preferences, integrating both in-house and creator-led content. Champion experimentation by testing new features, partnerships, and content formats.
- Advocacy Marketing Leadership: Design and execute robust advocacy marketing strategies, working to maximize organic reach and genuine word-of-mouth. Cultivate strong relationships with brand advocates and foster a community around the Pizza 4P‘s experience.
- Data-Driven Insight: Utilize analytics and listening tools to uncover local market trends, generate insights, and guide data-informed content decisions, ensuring our brand narrative is always relevant and impactful.
- Cross-Channel Consistency & Integration: Drive a unified brand message and experience across dine-in, delivery, and all other customer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach across the entire marketing ecosystem.
- Agency & Freelancer Management: Manage creative and influencer agencies, select suitable partners, and oversee collaboration with local content creators and freelancer pools, including for the Ipuddo business
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar strategic role, ideally within a premium F&B or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns that prioritize advocacy and authentic connection over traditional promotional tactics.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills, reflecting a sophisticated taste and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of brand equity principles and reputation management.
- A huge believer in advocacy marketing, with a track record of building brand love and fostering customer loyalty through genuine engagement.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
