Founded with the mission “Delivering WOW, Sharing Happiness – Make the World Smile for Peace,” the company is known for artisanal pizza, house-made cheeses, and hospitality rooted in craftsmanship, sustainability, and care for people.
As part of our U.S. expansion, we are preparing to open our first restaurant in New York City.

ABOUT THE ROLE
4P’s Corporation is seeking an experienced culinary leader to establish and lead Back-of-House operations for our first U.S. restaurant. As the Operation Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen execution, food quality, team development, and operational readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all Back-of-House culinary operations
• Oversee pizza production, dough management, cheese preparation, and kitchen workflow
• Recruit, train, and develop a BOH team
• Ensure compliance with U.S. food safety standards
• Manage ordering, inventory, and supplier coordination
• Maintain food cost targets
• Partner with restaurant leadership on daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS
• 4–6+ years of culinary leadership experience
• Experience in pizza or premium casual dining
• Strong understanding of U.S. food safety standards
• Ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually
This range represents the good-faith salary range at the time of posting.
