II. ROLE PURPOSE
This role exists to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality candidate leads for mass, production, and professional hiring. The Freelance Digital Marketer partners closely with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to turn brand storytelling into measurable recruitment outcomes.
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Engagement model: Freelance, outcome-driven (monthly or campaign-based)
III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Recruitment Lead Generation
- Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns to generate candidate leads
- Focus on high-volume hiring (stores, kitchen, production, frontline roles) and priority positions
- Optimize lead funnels from awareness → application → hire
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn (as relevant)
- Define targeting, creatives, copy, and landing-page logic for recruitment use cases
- Run A/B testing to continuously improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates
Employer Branding Activation
- Translate Pizza 4P’s EVP, culture, and Omotenashi values into recruitment-focused content
- Collaborate with TA/EB teams on messaging, visuals, and storytelling
- Adapt content for local markets and hiring needs
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality
- Provide clear insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Align reporting with TA metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness)
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to align campaigns with hiring demand
- Coordinate with design/content teams where needed
- Support rapid hiring pushes and new store openings
IV. SUCCESS METRICS & KPIs
- Cost per qualified lead within agreed benchmarks
- Volume of recruitment leads generated per campaign
- Conversion rate from lead to application
- Hiring manager and TA satisfaction with lead quality
- Speed of campaign setup and iteration

- Collaboration: Regular check-ins with TA and Employer Branding teams
VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT TERMS
Experience & Skills
- 3–5+ years in digital/performance marketing
- Proven experience generating leads for recruitment, hiring, or marketplace platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social and search ads
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Experience in F&B, retail, or mass hiring is a strong advantage
Engagement & Compensation
- Freelance / project-based contract
- Competitive fee (monthly retainer or per-campaign, based on scope)
