II. ROLE PURPOSE

The HR & Admin Manager leads the full Human Resources and office administration agenda for Pizza 4P’s Indonesia. This role ensures workforce effectiveness, legal compliance, and smooth office operations to support business launch and growth.

Scope: Corporate office and operational locations in Indonesia

III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

HR Management & Workforce Effectiveness

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities and growth plans
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and investigations
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Align Compensation & Benefits practices with local market standards
  • Maintain HR records and prepare required HR reports

Office Administration & Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations, facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Manage office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations across offices and branches
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and leadership team
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and document control

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the key contact point for employees, vendors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with Vietnam HQ (Wow Center) to ensure alignment
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across HR, Operations, and Finance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support company events, meetings, and internal activities
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Country Manager
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR & Admin Manager, or similar role
  • Background in retail, F&B, or restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
